North Utah County
Edge Homes—Continuing their 3.99% 7 year arm loans plus 3% seller credit through the end of April (close by May 29). 5% incentives on new home builds. Autumn Springs community in Lehi has larger lots to accommodate all of their floor plans.
Narwhal Homes—New home builds in Eagle Mountain starting in the $450s. They can complete the bedroom and bathroom in the basement for rental purposes. Move-in ready homes in the low $500s. Quality construction.
Arive Homes—2/1 interest rate buy downs available on almost completed homes and $15k design credit for new home builds in their Mapleton and locations in south Utah County.
